Common questions about the portal.

Do managers have to use the portal to approve?

No. Approvals can also be done directly from WhatsApp. The portal records the decision either way. Managers who prefer WhatsApp never need to log in.

Can we restrict which departments a user sees?

Yes. Access is configured per user at setup — finance staff see only finance jobs, maintenance managers see maintenance, etc. Admins see everything.

How far back does the job history go?

All jobs are retained from day one of the pilot. There's no rolling expiry. You can search, filter, and export any historical period.

Is the portal accessible on mobile?

Yes. The portal is responsive and works on mobile browsers. Managers who prefer WhatsApp can stay on WhatsApp — the portal is optional for approvals.
