A chat-based record-keeping product that can turn approved messages, receipts, and voice notes into records in a user-owned Google Sheets workbook.
Features may be free, paid, in pilot, usage-limited, or available only to selected workspaces. Product descriptions, order forms, and plan details presented during purchase or onboarding may add service-specific terms.
3. Accounts and authorized use
- You must provide accurate information and keep account and contact details current.
- You are responsible for protecting your Google account, messaging accounts, devices, credentials, invite links, and workspace access.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account or connected workspace, except to the extent caused by our breach of these Terms.
- You must promptly contact hello@boringops.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Google and other connected services
The services may use Google Sign-In and Google Workspace APIs to create, read, update, or check files and spreadsheets used by a connected workflow. They may also connect to messaging, accounting, ERP, payment, automation, or other third-party providers.
- You authorize us to access connected services only to provide the features you configure or request.
- You are responsible for having the right to connect each account, workspace, file, and data source.
- You remain responsible for your files, spreadsheets, connected-system records, permissions, and backups.
- If you revoke access, remove a file, or disable a provider, affected features may stop working.
- Third-party services are governed by their own terms, availability, and policies.
5. Your content and instructions
You retain ownership of content and data you submit or connect. You grant us a limited permission to host, process, transmit, transform, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the services, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content, instructions, and use of the services are lawful and do not violate another person's rights. You are also responsible for reviewing the records and actions created from your instructions.
6. AI-assisted and automated results
Outputs may contain errors caused by ambiguous messages, user input, OCR, transcription, AI classification, spreadsheet formulas, connected providers, or configuration. Where a product presents a confirmation or approval step, you are responsible for reviewing it before approval. You should independently verify material financial, accounting, tax, legal, payroll, inventory, and business records.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive activity.
- Submit data that you do not have the right to process or disclose.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, approvals, usage limits, rate limits, billing, or security controls.
- Probe, scan, attack, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the services or another user's access.
- Upload malware or use automated access in a manner that harms service availability or violates provider policies.
- Use outputs as a substitute for professional advice where professional review is required.
8. Plans, billing, and taxes
Prices, plan periods, limits, included usage, renewal rules, and refund terms are shown in the applicable offer or order. Unless stated otherwise, you are responsible for applicable taxes, provider charges, messaging fees, and internet costs. We may change future prices or plan features with reasonable notice; changes will not retroactively alter a fully paid fixed-term offer unless required by law or agreed with you.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the services reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, add, limit, suspend, or discontinue features. Pilots and early-access features may change materially. We are not responsible for outages or changes caused by Google, messaging platforms, hosting providers, internet providers, or other third parties outside our reasonable control.
10. Intellectual property
BoringOps, Boring Cash, their software, interfaces, brands, documentation, and service materials are owned by PT. Sinar Baru Inovasi or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the services under these Terms, no intellectual-property rights are transferred to you.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created a security or legal risk, caused harm, failed to pay an amount due, or if continued operation is impractical or unlawful. Data handling after termination is described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not provide financial, accounting, tax, legal, payroll, or investment advice.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoringOps and PT. Sinar Baru Inovasi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunities, or data. Our total liability for claims arising from the services will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve a dispute informally. If it cannot be resolved, the dispute will be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction over the operator's registered office, unless applicable consumer law requires another forum.
15. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the services or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
