BoringOps connects to Accurate Online via the standard API. This works with current Accurate Online plans. Legacy desktop versions of Accurate are not currently supported.

The WhatsApp intake can be white-labeled. The operations portal is BoringOps-branded, but field staff typically never access the portal — they only use WhatsApp.
